Built-in thermal protection
The charger monitors the internal temperature and the heating of the connector. If the temperature is too high, it automatically reduces power or stops charging before cables or connectors overheat.
Insulation fault protection against leakage current (RCD/RCMU)
Integrated protection detects AC and DC leakage currents. In the event of a fault, it stops charging instantly, preventing overheating or hidden arcing from the mains.
Overcurrent and cable protection
The charger never allows more current than the network and wiring can safely handle. This prevents overloading of pipes, overheating of the wall outlet and the risks associated with improvised extension cord solutions.
Preventing electric arc, stable connection
Fixed cable or Type 2 plug provides a stable and standardized connection. There are no weak contacts, no partially inserted plugs, so there are no electrical arcs with high heat release that could cause fires.
